Early-access signups: If you request an agent for your business on about.chat, we collect the information you provide — your business name and website. We use it to build a preview of your agent and to contact your business about the service. Signup data is stored in a hosted database provider.

How We Use Information

We use collected data to: improve our websites; understand which content is most useful; follow up on early-access requests you submit; and generate aggregate statistics about how the Sites are used.

Third-Party Services

Google Analytics: We use GA4 for website analytics. Google's privacy policy applies to data collected by their service.

Data Storage

Early-access signup records are stored in a hosted database provider. We do not store personal user data beyond what you voluntarily provide. Analytics data is processed by Google.

You can: opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on; disable cookies in your browser; and contact us to request information about, or deletion of, data we hold about your business.
